Marine Gift Shop

Picture
The Marine Gift Shop has been operating in Okinawa since 1968. The Gift Shop is comprised of two stores—The Marine Gift Shop's Island Treasures (located near the Foster Theater) and Marine Gift Shop Furniture Annex (located near the Chapel.)

The Marine Gift Shop is primarily operated by a volunteer staff made up of members of the Marine Officers' Spouses' Club.

The Marine Gift Shop offers beautiful and unique items from all over Asia, including China, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand  and also continually feature a variety of in-store vendors such as Johnny's Jewelry, Sachi Antiques, and Royal Trading Co. Rugs.

All profits are donated to Okinawan charities and on-island American programs. The Marine Gift Shop makes these donations through MOSC and the American Women's Welfare Association (AWWA).

The Marine Gift Shop has helped donate over $3.8 million dollars to these charities.

Would you like to volunteer at the Marine Gift Shop?  Contact Shelly O'Neil for more information.
