Marine Gift Shop
The Marine Gift Shop, operating in Okinawa since 1968, offers a beautiful and unique collection of home furnishings, decor, season and gifts from Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines. They feature a variety of in-store vendors on a rotating schedule throughout the year, including Johnny Jewelry, Sachi's Japanese Antiques, Raymond Ko Jewelry, Kyoko Art, Oriental Place, Vortex Art, Cultural Detour and Royal Trading Co. Rugs.
The Gift Shop is comprised of two stores on Camp Foster - The Marine Gift Shop's Island Treasures and the Marine Gift Shop Furniture Annex. The Marine Gift Shop is operated by dedicated volunteers and staff made up of members of the Marine Officers' Spouses' Club Okinawa. All profits are donated to Okinawan charities and on-island American programs through MOSCO and the American Women's Welfare Association (AWWA) and MOSCO Scholarships.
This past fiscal year, the Marine Gift Shop donated $54,700! We are at $34,000 and counting for this year!
